How to Paint a Whimsical Spaniel

To kickstart year we are going to have some fun creating this colourful spaniel using just three colours. For this class you will need acrylic paints - I have listed the colours I used below. Don't worry if you don't have the exact colours - I have listed the alternatives beside. You will also need some brushes - I used a flat brush, a round brush and a fine tipped one. Some thick card or paper, or acrylic paper, a water pot, a old cloth or kitchen towel and a mixing palette. Paint Colours: Choose your three 3 main colours. I chose yellow, pink and blue -but you can choose what you like. You will also need White and Black No previous experience required, suitable for all abilities. Reference images and process pictures will be sent out the day before for the class so you can download and print off. This workshop is suitable for anyone that wants to paint with acrylics, and my easy step by step process makes it suitable for both beginners an improvers.
